As usual good stuff from Utah. Thanks Wade, good info and don't expect sugar to go down anytime soon. Everything I'm finding leads me to believe it will go a good bit higher. Buy now if you need any of this food.

Our cannery in Farmington Hills, Michigan is small and only open to LDS members last time I asked. It is usually booked several weeks to months in advance. The last time I went I just picked up bulk and pre-canned provident living items instead of using the canning equiptment like I usually do. They said that nonmembers can use the equipment if they come with a member. I'm not sure about purchasing bulk supplies like bags of wheat, beans, and boxes of rice, as a nonmember. They would probably be okay with it, but I'd call in advance before making the drive. Hours are also more restricted outside of Utah. Here is the website to find the closest homestorage center in your state. http://www.providentliving.org/location/map/0,12566,2026-1-4,00.html
